1. Cabinets (base and wall units)
1.1 Structure
Material: thick wooden particle panels with low formaldehyde emission: class E1 according to the European regulation UNI EN 13986 and emission class CARB Phase 2 according to the title 17 of California Code and Regulation and according to the regulation EPA U.S. TSCA Title VI.
The panels are water repellent, meet the V100 (DIN 5236) and UNI EN 317 regulations.
45, 60, 80, 90, 120 cm and corner bottom of the under sink base unit is coated with aluminium, while the one under the refrigerator column is in plastic resins. These are all systems that guarantee an absolute impermeability.
Thickness: 18 mm.
Finishes: white laminate or charcoal grey.
Edge: coloured laminate thick 05mm or in PVC thick 1mm.
2. Front panels
2.1 Flat Door
Flat glossy or matt lacquered door
Material: made of MDF panels, with low formaldehyde emission: class E1 according to the European regulation UNI EN 13986 and emission class CARB Phase 2 according to the title 17 of California Code Regulation and according to the EPA U.S. TSCA Title VI regulation.
Thickness: 18 – 22 – 25 – 30 mm.
Painting: polyester primer; polyurethane, glossy or matt acrylic finishes.
Edges: glossy polyester, ABS thick 1mm if matt.
Low pressure laminate door
Material: thick wooden particle panels with low formaldehyde emission: class E1 according to the European regulation UNI EN 13986 and emission class CARB Phase 2 according to the title 17 of California Code and Regulation and according to the EPA U.S. TSCA Title VI regulation.
Thickness: 19 – 22 mm.
Finishes: double-sided laminate and shaped edges, with low pressure laminate thick 0,7mm.
Edges: ABS 1 mm.
3. Open Elements
Decorative Open Elements (sidewalls, top panels, bottom panels, shelves and back panels)
Material: thick wooden particle panels with low formaldehyde emission: class E1 according to the european regulation UNI EN 13986 and emission class CARB Phase 2 according to the title 17 of California Code and Regulation and according to the regulation EPA U.S. TSCA Title VI.
Thickness: 18 mm the back panel and 12 mm other panels.
Finishes: decorative finishes structured on external/internal surfaces.
Edges: ABS edges on four sides.
Veneered Open Elements (sidewalls, top panels, bottom panels, shelves and back panels)
Material: thick wooden particle panels with low formaldehyde emission: class E1 according to the European regulation UNI EN 13986 and emission class CARB Phase 2 according to the title 17 of California Code and Regulation and according to the regulation EPA U.S. TSCA Title VI.
Thickness: 18 mm the back panel 12 mm other panels.
Painting: solvent borne paint, acrylic primer, matt acrylic.
Finishes: external and internal open-pore finishes in front doors.
Edges: wood.
4. Drawers and Pan Drawers
All the drawers and pan drawers are made of metal side panels and full extraction slide with cushioned closing system. This system guarantees stability, lightness and silent sliding. Side panels are white coloured in white structures and anthracite in grey structures.
Material: metal side and back panels. Bottom panels are made of wood particles with low formaldehyde emission: class E1 according to the European regulation UNI EN 13986 and emission class CARB Phase 2 according to the title 17 of California Code and Regulation and according to the EPA U.S. TSCA Title VI.
Panels are water-repellent according to standard requirements V100 (DIN 52365) and UNI EN 317.
Thickness: 16mm thick laminate back panel is colour-matched with side panels.
5. Worktops
Worktop and Sink in Staron®
Material: composite material, made of 100% acrylic polymers.
Thickness: 12 mm, 18, 30 e 40 mm.
Finishes: available in product range colours.
Worktop in Dekton®
Material: mixture of top quality raw materials, used in glass, ceramic materials and quartz.
Thickness: 12 e 20 mm.
Finishes: available in product range colours.
Iron Worktop
Material: austenitic stainless steel (Cr-Ni)
Thickness: 6, 12, 20 mm
6. Other Elements
6.1 Plinths
Made of Anodised-aluminium with BR5 finishes or 0 chemical with coextruded upper and lower semi-concealed seals, dust cover. Made of plastic coated on outer side with melamine paper in plain mat or wooden colours.
Placed under the furniture through the use of plastic hooks that allow an easy removing for the cleaning.
6.2 Hinges
Hinges are made of metal treated with galvanic treatment. They are equipped with soft closing system and quick anchoring, adjustable in 3 directions and are in compliance with European standard UNI EN ISO 9227 about corrosion resistance of metallic materials.
Hinges are equipped with a slowing integrated system that guarantees a “soft” closing for the majority of the elements.
110° opening allows an easier use of the furniture.
155° hinges are standard features on wall units with draining rack and on elements with internal drawer. Warning! On all the other elements 155° hinges are available only on demand.
